I think everyone needs to appreciate the enormous amount of restraint this is taking, for two reasons:

For some reason, aside from Matt Good, nothing makes me want to write Wartime the way Patti Smith covering "Smells Like Teen Spirit" makes me want to write Wartime. Not even Patti Smith covering "Gimme Shelter."
